Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit on all full priced items returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition. All discounted products or purchases during a promotion are final sale. We do not offer exchanges at this time. All items are inspected upon receipt and we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet eligibility. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total store credit. To initiate a return that meets all of these criteria, please email info@besteverskin.com with your order number, product, and reason for return.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped out within 72 hours. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages by shipping services. If you, for some reason, did not receive your package please let us know and we will be happy to file a claim. You will not be reimbursed for the items unless the shipping provider reimburses the package as a whole and any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Best Ever Skin reserves the right to cancel orders to undeliverable addresses or suspicious activity deemed by the business. If the order gets canceled, no refunds will be issued back to the credit card made to purchase the order.
